One of the most tragic sci-fi TV cancellations of all time is undoubtedly Firefly, which was plagued by problems that included being placed in an unpopular slot on TV and having its episodes aired out of order, confusing prospective fans. By the time people discovered the series through DVD sales and a growing cult following, Firefly had already been canceled, which would set up a surprising legacy that has continued to keep the series in the conversation, with the upcoming Firefly revival the result of years of campaigning by fans and actors.

They mention at the above link:
Dollhouse
The Killing
Stargate SG-1
Battlestar Galactica
Archer
Chuck
Castle
