Starting Season 2 and theres some great lines
Angel "Do you have any idea how hard it is to think with a rebar through your torso"
Cordelia "Actually I do, benefits of a Sunnydale education" 😂😂
Lilah on the phone "of course you should read it through. Just remember if you don't sign, we'll kill your children and sue your arse off ! Just kidding Donald, nobody wants a lawsuit" 😂

Judgement- Enjoyable and an interesting idea of Angel killing the wrong person but the whole Jousting in LA is really goofy. Still that Faith Cameo is awesome 7/10

Are You Now Or Have You Ever Been - Honestly even if you've not watched Angel, make an effort to see this episode. Its just so good. Angel in the 50s 10 out 10

First Impressions- Enjoyable but not great, its obvious this was an experiment of a Gunn/Cordy Romance which the writers clearly saw didn't work and dropped but still enjoyable. 7/10

Untouched - A Joss Whedon Episode in all but name. Mere Smith admits the only scene thats hers is the Lilah scene at the end, everything else is Joss. Some really good stuff in here. Touches on the sensitive topic of Parental abuse 9/10

Dear Boy - Great flashback to when Angel turns Drusilla and confronts Darla in the present. Also love 2 groups of humans fighting over how to worship a demon. Very real life actually.
Great line
Darla "God doesn't want you ...but I still do"

Guise Will Guise - The fake Swami teaching Angel while Wesley pretending to be Angel is hilarious. When he's forced to drink blood
"Dear God that's... nummy" 😂

Darla - The Crossover episode with Fool For Love. It tells the same story from 2 different perspectives. The first is Spikes and this is Angels. So if you see Angel in the Boxer Rebellion, Spike thinks Angel is just jealous he killed a Slayer. Yet when you see it from Angels side, he's newly ensouled and horrified at what happened.
Also one of DB's best bits of acting towars the end with Julie Benz Darla whose begging him to make her a Vampire again.
Darla "now its time to return the favour"
A horrified Angel "favour you think you did me favour, you damned me!"

THANK YOU FOR reminding me how much i loved Angel... it was actually the reason i watched Buffy. I ignored the show when it came out, b/c of the movie ads for the original movie... they were so reductive and so silly. 'slutty the vampire slayer' ugh. Even the movie (which isn't that good) is waaaaay better than the sexist drivel that was supposed to bring people to the theatres... Anyway, I fell in love with Angel, Cordelia and Doyle.. and eventually Wes and Gunn... and I decided i needed back story. The first 3 seasons of Angel really were great.
