Hi all,

Just saw the pilot for the Steoehn King's inspired tv show Castle Rock and I am very intrigued by it. Did anyone else watched it yesterday? If so waht did you think?

Just watched the first episode and it was solid. I like the style, and with a quality cast and decent setup there's enough to keep me watching. One thing that might bug me after awhile is if they keep ramming home the King references without there being too much of a purpose to them. Good enough is my verdict of episode 1🙂
 
I saw the first 3 episodes and I like it so far. A lot of mystery and the cast is pretty impressive. I'm am curious where thisis going and will for sure watch the whole season to see where the story goes!

Ohhhh, I have been dying to see this for ages!

Given that I am such a King freak I will watch anything based on his work. More often than not it seems I am disappointed though. Particularly with the tv adaptations. 11.22.63 was okay, but Under the Dome was horrendous. I didn't even try the tv version of The Mist and I have yet to work up to watching Mr. Mercedes because I have an awful feeling about it.

I still really want to hold out hope for this one though. I'm so annoyed that there has not been any mention of where it will be available in Australia though, as far as I'm aware. Grrrhhh.

@Mr Trick - I totally get that 🙂 I only got through the first season tbh. All I really remember is some crap about a butterfly or something?

I know I may feel this way because I haven't read the book but I quite enjoyed Under the Dome as a guilty pleasure. The b-movie side to it appealed to me. Good cast too.
I keep reading this as Fraggle Rock... I'm old!!
