10. Think dutch is a funny? I was insulted last year when I was asked, as ’european’, to translate dutch… and then did it almost perfectly. We are not the same 😜 So funny, no, because it infuriates me. It is as bizarre as Faroese and I am like HOW CAN IT BE LIKE FOUR DISTINCT LANGUAGES AT THE SAME TIME!? Like I understand it, but I am mad at it

oh and appleflap is probably an apple treat in a « flap » i.e. shortbread or the like. A small pocket of apple goodness. Now I want a treat, though I prefer my puff pastry to be savory not sweet. I’ll need some whitefish roe on ’em. (Depending on the drink served to it)

3. Saved an Animal? yes mostly cats. Adopted a bunch over 30 years, also participated in trap neuter and release. Created cold proof spaces for thiae too feral to adopt by us or others)

6. Verbally attacked someone? sadly, yes. The worst instance i am still ashamed of 30+ years later.

8. Is afraid of thunder and lightning? i like storms. As long as no one is actually endangered, i find them beautiful and exciting.

10. Think dutch is a funny? Not particularly. Got Dutch family and friends. Find it a hard language to learn.
