Question Ive got another question /hypothese, when in another dimension the vampires and demons etc where good, and Buffy and co where evil?

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean perspective? That is where demons rule their standards are considered good, but are still evil when in our world (that is their philosophy is the same in both places, summed up as "the weak are meat, and the strong do eat"). In that case I would still back Buffy, like when she was in Ken's dimension.

On the other hand, if you mean some mirror universe thing where vampires don't use kittens as poker chips, don't hunt humans, and all that, while Buffy and friends wage a genocidal war against them then that seems different. But it begs a lot of questions. Are there humans who are, for the most part, evil? Does turning an evil human turn them into a good vampire? Are humans the minority or still a majority? Why do the humans war against good vampires? That's just for starters.

I thought that happened on this side. The Mohra demon juice that transforms vampires into humans shows that killing them is not necessary. You could capture Mohra demons, breed them on a demon farm and take the juice and equip the slayers with that. But they wouldn't be slayers anymore. And any who continue to be traditional slayers would be evil, because they were killing demons who were about to revert to being people.
