Question Who would win? Who is deadliest?

I mean, you have to give it to the Master. He killed Buffy! (Season one Buffy, but THE slayer nonetheless) That's some serious street cred right there.

Gosh, fruit-punch mouth vs. lilt-y accent?
Well, they both got to bite Buffy and their both big into mind control.

I want to say 'The Master' because I like him better overall, but I doubt he'd last as long as Drac did against S5 Buffy.

So, Dracula- I include his S8 appearance in my factoring, not just the sub-par episode.

Dracula.
Dracula can turn into mist and drift away whereas, currently I believe The Master is ground into dust.

Thanks to the same Gypsy magic (according to Spike) that allows Dracula to morph into a bat, a wolf, mist, etc, he was the only vampire to be invulnerable as well as immortal, at least until the events of Season 8, which may have revoked that spell entirely. Up to that point, however, he was unkillable, whereas the Master was not.

Assuming that Dracula's enhancement spell is no longer in effect, my money would still be on ol' him, but I think that it would be a much closer thing.

Neither of these vamps are known for their fighting abilities. So it really comes down to their special/magic abilities. I'll go with Drac cause he could probably disguise himself as a wolf and get the jump on the Master. Although I like the Master better than Dracula.

You'd figure Dracula would be a good fighter. Wait.. is the Buffy Dracula... was he Vlad Tepes as a human or no?

Hmm. I don't think its a contest, really.

While Dracula has the usual thrall that some vampires have, the Master seems to be able to actually hypnotise his victims...luckily, Buffy was immune to it, but there's no saying Dracula would be.

Also, the Master is older (the oldest, in fact) and has more experience. Due to his advanced age, his enhanced vampire abilities go far beyond those of other, younger vampires, such as Dracula.

He has also proven he has a higher resistance to crosses.

Yeah, I think the Master would absolutely win a duel with Dracula.

It's generally accepted that Stoker based his character on Vlad Tepes, A K A Vlad The Impaler

Vlad the Impaler: The Real Dracula's Dark Secrets

Vlad was a general and warrior of some renown, so it would be safe to assume that Dracula would be quite capable as a fighter.

The Master, on the other hand, never actually did any real fighting on the show as near as I can recall, so he would be an unknown factor.

Well, he had command over vampires like Darla. Plus alternate universe Master just straight up broke S3 Buffy's neck, so...

the master can be killed dracula never really dies but if he could die then definetly the master would win

And Buffy killed the Master, but she couldn't do the same thing with Dracula, so...

the master can be killed Dracula never really dies but if he could die then definitely the master would win

I think that it would just come down to how many times Dracula would have to turn to mist before he got the proper opening so that he could dust the Master. It might take awhile, but, hey, both of them are immortal. They quite literally have all the time in the world to settle the matter,

Okay, got me there. I guess I just want the Master to win, because I like him more as a character. But yeah, having op abilities kind of gives the edge to Dracula 😀

I like Dracula's abilities in the Buffyverse but not the... character? I like the idea of Dracula being somewhat more of a fighter. Like in the brief NBC Dracula show with Jonathan Rhys Meyers or Dracula Untold with Luke Evans.

Say what ya want but I love that scene of Dracula fighting an army.
