Managed to set up my new (spare) phone without screaming in frustration. It's like the instructions were written in Urdu! ๐Ÿ˜…

I think the phone was set up correctly. It hasn't exploded or tried to take over Earth, so that's a plus.

I think they've already done that. Everyone is now addicted and can't live without them. Me, I would have not problem with putting mine in the paper shredder or throwing it in the Missouri river.!

93% humidity?! No wonder I didn't sleep much. Thought a 4am shower would cool me down, and it did...for about 10 minutes. ๐Ÿฅต

So I have a question if its signs of the times or my age - why are young men (mid 20's) suddenly (apparently seriously) interested in women in their 40's? Is it a fetish thing, are they just trying their luck, or do they want a mummy?

I wouldn't say it was a new thing; Uma Thurman starred in Prime which was released in 2005 for instance. Age gap romances are also popular in sapphic fiction. Possibly not for the same reasons.

Hard pass on date rape drugs on potentially dirty needles! Makes you a bit paranoid about going places if they're directly spiking people now, not even bothering with the drinks.

Yeah, it's common to ask for your drink to be watched if you have to leave it. As I don't drink alcohol, I tend to be given drinks to watch... along with clutches, mobile phones and shoes. But this is almost impossible to avoid and I doubt those doing this are following any kind of hygiene standards when it comes to needles.
 
The tv news said "Ice Fury" in the US. I was expecting something to do with meth. It was not.

Also these UK prawn cocktail chips taste a bit like BBQxsalt and vinegar. I dont know if I should be relieved or not that they dont taste like prawns.
 
I took the bus up to shop today. On the way back, I was trying to gather up all my bags to get off the bus when I noticed a wallet on the seat by me. I hope it makes it back to its owner!
